Wooting 80HE+ Announced
The Wooting 80HE has long been praised as one of the best gaming keyboards, offering a sleek design, comfortable size, and Hall Effect switches that allow adjustable actuation and rapid triggers, all at a reasonable price.
Now Wooting is unveiling the 80HE+, which will be available for pre‑order on September 17.
The new model adds a large knob for quick DPI adjustments and incorporates the Lekker Tikken switches from the 60HE V2, which many reviewers say feel more stable and have a smoother, richer sound compared to the original Lekker60 V2.
Inside the 80HE+ sits an FR4 board that promises a better typing experience, and a split spacebar module adds three extra keys by dividing the space bar into three sections.
While the original 80HE retails around $200, the 80HE+ is expected to stay at a similar price point for the pre‑assembled version.
