Star Wars Jedi: Survivor’s Long‑Hidden Easter Egg Finally Discovered
More than three years after Cal Kestis last appeared in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, a previously unnoticed Easter egg has been uncovered. The game was praised for its combat, exploration, story, and a wealth of references that rewarded careful players.
Respawn developer Jordan DeVries had previously challenged the community to locate what he called the game’s final Easter egg, noting that it was tied to the user interface and required a specific action in a menu. After DeVries confirmed on Twitter that the secret remained hidden, Twitter user towerbunga posted a video showing how to trigger it.
The Answer Was Right In Front Of Us The Whole Time
To unlock the Easter egg, players must open Cal’s skill tree through the meditation menu and enter the iconic Konami code. Doing so summons a massive holographic figure of Oggdo Bogdo, the creature many consider the player’s worst nightmare, which appears to devour the ruined planet in the background.
The discovery ends a lengthy hunt that had puzzled fans, especially since the Konami code is one of the most recognizable cheat sequences in gaming history. With the secret finally revealed, Jedi enthusiasts can now rest easy, knowing the final hidden detail of Survivor has been found.
