Dark Horse Direct’s Leviathan Statue
When a franchise reaches massive popularity, shutting it down isn’t as simple as canceling the next game or closing the studio, especially when the decision comes weeks before fans’ annual celebration. That’s why, even though a new Mass Effect title seems unlikely, a flood of new merchandise has surged after BioWare’s closure.
Price, Size, And Shipping Date Details
Dark Horse Direct has unveiled a new statue that captures the iconic moment from Mass Effect 3 when Commander Shepard confronts the ancient Leviathan. The piece is the latest in the company’s long line of officially licensed Mass Effect collectibles and may be one of the final releases tied to the series.
Earlier in the week the company hinted at the upcoming reveal, confirming it was intentional and meant to give fans something to look forward to on N7 Day. The full reveal was scheduled for 9 am PT on November 6, but pre‑orders are already live on the Dark Horse website, letting collectors see the statue early.
The statue recreates the Leviathan, a race that predates even the Reapers and remains hidden deep beneath the ocean. Its early store‑page launch reveals the price, size and expected shipping timeline.
The statue is priced at $299.99, reflecting its larger scale — nearly 14 inches tall — and high level of detail. Only 500 units will be produced, each individually numbered, making it a rare collector’s item. Shipping will not begin until July 2027, with some deliveries expected as late as September.
Mass Effect merchandise may be all fans have to celebrate the dormant series this N7 Day. In addition to the Leviathan statue, Dark Horse offers a wearable helmet and three new Youtoz figures — Liara, Joker and Mordin — released earlier this week.
