Trophy Guide for Hell Let Loose: Vietnam
The game offers a wide range of achievements that reward different play styles, from completing tutorials to mastering vehicles and earning career milestones.
Early trophies focus on the basic tutorial. Completing the introductory tutorial unlocks “Unlock your Potential.” Finishing eight separate tutorials grants “Pursuit of Perfection,” while killing any enemy player earns “Welcome to ‘Nam.” Victory as either the NVA or US faction unlocks “Liberation” and “Fire and Fiery.”
Tunnel-related achievements require coordination. “Surprise Attack” is earned by using a tunnel network as the NVA, and “Caved In” tasks you with dismantling an enemy tunnel while playing as the US. Building your first tunnel as the NVA, using the Field Pad and connecting it on the Tactical Map, grants “Going Dark.”
Match performance yields several trophies. Winning two consecutive matches unlocks “Let Loose.” The “Bloodthirsty” and “Relentless” achievements require killing five and twelve enemies without dying, respectively; the latter is easier with a tank crewman or machine gunner in a defensible spot.
Career progression brings a series of level‑based trophies. Reaching career levels 10 through 50 unlocks “The Tenth Step,” “Beyond Beginning,” “Hardened,” “Veteran,” and “I’m Beginning To Regret This.”
Vehicle and boat achievements include “Shipwrecked” (kill an enemy with a boat), “Gonna Need Another Boat” (destroy an enemy boat), “Floater” (drive a boat for three minutes in friendly waters), “Eagle Has Landed” (destroy an enemy helicopter), and “Flight of the Valkyrie” (pilot a chopper for three minutes).
Role advancement trophies such as “Alfa One,” “Charlie Three,” “Foxtrot Six,” and “Lima One Two” require raising specific roles to level five, with “Lima One Two” needing twelve roles at that tier.
Specialized achievements cover kills, support, and objectives. “Death From Below” and “Eagle Has Landed” involve helicopters, while “Stick Around” requires a bayonet kill, “F.U.B.A.R.” a vehicle destruction via artillery, and “Is it a Bird?” a hundred artillery kills. “Marksman” needs a hundred headshots, and “Don’t Look Down” a vehicle kill with an AT mine.
Support roles provide “Guardian Angel” (drag a wounded ally 20 m as a medic) and “LZ Not Secure” (drop thirty troops as a pilot).
Engineer‑focused trophies like “Demolition Man,” “Full Tank,” “Calling Reinforcements,” and “Locked and loaded” involve setting and detonating satchel charges, building fuel, manpower, and munitions nodes.
Victory‑based trophies such as “Conquest Victory!,” “Domination Victory!,” “Offensive Victory!,” and “Warfare Victory!” are earned by winning twenty battles in each respective mode.
Additional construction and melee feats include “Can we fix it?” (build or upgrade thirty structures in a match) and “Stick Around” (bayonet kill).
Overall, the trophy list encourages players to explore different roles, master vehicles, and engage in varied combat scenarios to earn recognition.
