GPU Pricing Overview
GPU prices have become a constant topic of discussion, especially as the memory crisis pushes costs higher. Even though the RTX 5050, RTX 5060, and RTX 5060 Ti are separated by only $70, the actual market prices are far from their projected MSRP. For example, the cheapest RTX 5050 listed at $400 far exceeds its $249 MSRP and even undercuts the RTX 5060 Ti 8 GB, which is priced around $379. The RTX 5060 Ti 8 GB sells for $470, while the RTX 5060 is $420, showing a confusing pricing hierarchy. The high‑end RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB and RTX 5070 both sit at $789, a price that should belong to a lower‑tier card. Overall, prices are climbing again, particularly in the premium segment.
